The challenge
Dispatchers planned four thousand vehicles with spreadsheets and phone calls. Fuel spend climbed year on year, delivery windows were estimates, and peak seasons meant war rooms.
Vehicle telemetry existed — in a vendor silo nobody could query.
What we built
We built an ingestion pipeline for vehicle telemetry over MQTT at five-second resolution, a live operations map for dispatch, and a route-optimization engine that re-plans continuously against traffic, load, and driver-hours constraints.
Driver apps ship in Arabic and Urdu — matching the workforce — and predictive maintenance models flag failing vehicles before they strand a route.
